Dr. Gordon Lang, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Lang is a co-founder of OwlMD.  Prior to OwlMD, Dr. Lang had been the President and CEO of Neomedica Inc., a leading operator of Dialysis Centers in the U.S.  After the acquisition of Neomedica by Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) in 1997, Dr. Lang was named Director of FMC Midwest region.  Dr. Lang is Board Certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine and maintains an active practice. He is also named a fellow in the American College of Physicians.

P. Kevin Flynn, Vice-President Finance
Mr. Flynn is a co-founder and director of OwlMD.   Prior to OwlMD, Mr. Flynn was Vice President, Finance and Administration of FMC/Neomedica between 1986-2002. For the past 15 years, he has served in a similar capacity for Associates in Nephrology, a prominent Chicago-based Nephrology practice.  Throughout his career, Mr. Flynn has managed or consulted on physician practice issues, including organization structuring, profit enhancement, outpatient dialysis operations, acute dialysis operations, lab development, management company dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, retirement plan development and corporate and personal income tax matters.  Mr. Flynn is a Certified Public Accountant and formerly was Audit Manager with Arthur Young and Co.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Illinois State Society of CPA's.

Arnold Liao, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Liao has been Chief Information Officer of OwlMD since 2002, and is the lead architect for the powerful OwlMD practice management system.  Prior to OwlMD, Mr. Liao managed IT Operations for FMC/Neomedica from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Liao has a broad background in project management and software development, including telecommunication related projects for SBC/Ameritech, and defense related projects for General Electric and General Dynamics.  He is an expert on the implementation and use of Internet-related technologies and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD).  Mr. Liao received his Masters in Business Administration from the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1992.

Jim Koch, General Counsel
Mr. Koch has been legal counsel and manager of risk management for OwlMD.   Prior to joining FMC/Neomedica, he specialized in corporate law.  Mr. Koch manages the function of Human Resources, Purchasing, Maintenance and Risk Management for FMC/Neomedica.  He also has negotiated malpractice, auto, 401K and health insurance policies for physicians and employees.  His legal expertise ranges from patient care to licensing to corporate issues.
